To summarize the current situation as I understand it:

The Family has descended the rickity stair leading to the catwalk that crosses through the center of the warehouse (running east-west). Desiree then turned left (west) and is walking towards that side of the building, sipping her tea and summarizing its recent history. Nikita has turned to the right (east) and is following the catwalk towards that wall. The remainder of the family has congregated at the bottom of the stair and is currently standing in the middle of the catwalk where they are having Tea Time. When Nikita pointed towards the Padfoot, he was pointing north. Diagram is below:
